Rather than another Bush gaffe or malapropism, it appears Bush was trying to explain one of Nature’s cycles. We excrete fecal matter that can be used to fertilize plants. And the plants feed the animals. Plants and animals provide sustenance for humans and allow us to procreate. So we all start as feces!

I suppose Bush believes God is telling him that anyone who flushes after #2 is committing murder.

Pertinent quotes:
"I trust God speaks through me. Without that, I couldn’t do my job." George W. Bush, July 9, 2004

"We must always remember that all human beings begin life as a feces. A feces is a living being in the eyes of God, who has endowed that feces with all of the rights and God-given blessings of any other human being."
George W. Bush, June 17 in Tampa, Florida
