the US press is almost as disappting as Bushy Crew
they are torn between reporting and representing a harsh and uncomplimentary image of our nation
case in point is the squelch on prison abuse photos
sex crimes in Abu Ghraib, Howard Stern, Snoop Doggy Girls Gone Wild, porn films, nipple piercing, prostitution
can anyone see a pattern?
the same people who are responsible claim to be doing God's work, and are supported by the Christian right
I am also disappted by the Christian groups
due to their fervent faith and steadfast opposition of paganism, they are in favor of the war
their occasional 1-dimensional view on life leads them to investigate little about either the energy markets or the petro-dollar foundation of the financial system
they tend to see the Iraqi War as a Crusade mission to spread the Gospel according to Jesus
I love missionary work, but this is not missionary in nature
it involves subjugation of govt, exploitation of oil, and push-button military action where hundreds of civilians are killed
does anyone care that 10,000 civilians have been killed by US Military actions ???
we claim accuracy of smart-bombs, when they are good maybe great, but not perfect
we look the other way when children and women and unarmed young boys are among the dead
(collateral damage)
they talk about the TRUTH, but seem not to seek it
that is my clan, so I am doubly disappted
they get their truth from FoxNews and 700Club
nothing balanced in their informational diets
this war makes me more sick than Viet Nam
the parallels are unbelievable
the latest is "give the generals what they want and need"
