Ted, re: Who's Willie Horton? It's an ad the Republicans ran, that was designed to inspire fear of black folks; 1988, Reagan v Dukakis. Infamous for it's prejudice and appealing to base instincts and fear. Now, with the Bush admin, it seems rather tame. But it was scandalous at the time, and was removed from the air very quickly.
