I've recently been making some exploratory forays into the world of web logs ('blogs'). They come in a wide variety of flavors ... from things your teenage kids would do [and probably ARE doing] to well-put-together personal diaries with considerable insight into specialty areas. I found one of the latter last night. gruntdoc.com The alternate name of the blog: "Ramblings of an Emergency Physician in Texas" If you are interested in emergency medicine and the happenings inside ERs -- and I don't mean stuff like the TV soap 'ER' -- Gruntdoc has some fine entries in it. Check out July 10's entries, for instance. I'll be reading this blog regularly.
