THREE Things to Watch about Loral
1)MUOS contract award to slip after Oct' 04 when Gov fiscal year ends/begins.
2) Loral requests a 60 day extension to reorganization deadline. Hearing is July 27. New reorg date would be Sept 13 .
3) Shareholder group accuse Loral of underestimating value of assets by $878M .
It's a tight squeeze Bernie. If they'll stick Martha Stewart in prison or the Enron gang,then no one is immune from Government inspection. If I were Bernie Schwartz, I would be concerned.
