I liked their service a lot, but I cancelled my subscription not too long ago.

There were only so many old/foreign movies I wanted to see ... for the new releases, it seemed faster to just rent them at blockbuster, who seem to get the new movies a few days earlier. I'll probably rejoin in a year or two when there are a bunch more movies I want to order ... work through the list then cancel again.

It's just to easy to cancel and restart your membership, a click on a link does it.
