I own or have owned all those, except for ICPHX.

Recently, I have begun to conclude that commodities may be the real store of value and that all major currencies may be subject to inflation since they are all fiat currencies.

So I favor PCRDX, which is PIMCO's fund that is structured to duplicate the D-J commodity index. They keep their cash in inflation-protcted bonds (TIPS) and use that as collateral for futures contracts and options on futures. They pay out very good dividends out of profits (so far). Because of the fast turnover of their positions, you cannot really see what they have their money in, but the fund does a good job tracking the index. And as Jim Rogers says, lead is a bigger mover than gold. Here's the Dow site (pdf format):
