John, I have been following BIOX for about 2 years. The quick FDA approval was a surprize to me. I have a few questions that you, or others, may have an insight into. (1) The deal with AHP was $23.0 mil. They booked $4.0 mil in the last qtr. They said they were getting another $12.0 mil. because of the approval. That leaves $7.0 mil. unspoken for. To steal a line - Where's the money? Do you know what the terms are for the balance. (2) Finally, NO ONE is talking about China. But, a billion folks is a billion folks. If AHP paid $23.0 mil for USA and parts of Europe/Asia, what's China worth? I have to believe that Bayer, who as I'm sure you know, has already bought into some of the Asian Rim countries, must be eyeing this. But I don't know how large their sales force is out there. I think China is worth $25.0 mil. to $35.0 mil. Any thoughts on this? Regards, John McCarthy
