Both. I would chastise you for not reading carefully but then I would never do that. ;-)

If you check the post I sent earlier, you will find a quote from Marshall which includes the text of the report. But I expected you would not accept that. So I also booted up the report itself and copied that bit of text from it as well.

But then, was in a hurry to get some errands run, and forgot to include the url for the report.
