<tremendous progress achieved against terrorism>

.......... I guess we're going to have to wait for a new statistical analytical program to gauge that one.

Oh, right! I forgot! We're spending upwards to $100 billion a year and using 150,000 troops to distract the terrorists from our mainland and keep them congregated in Iraq. What are we going to do with them? Nuke them there in Iraq? These terrorists are getting organized there. Do you think they're going to stay there indefinitely? Where do you think they will end up eventually?

If there's any progress against terrorism, it's clearly short term progress and very expensive.
