You touched on the problem exactly. Bush sees himself only as the president of the people who like him. I have not "touched on" any such claim, nor do I agree to it, nor have you done anything to back it up. Bush sees himself only as the president of the people who like him... ...From the get go, it was clear who Bush was talking to and it wasn't those us who didn't vote for him. Is it or is it not your contention that a president is only president of (or only considers himself to be president of) people whose meeting he addresses?
