To be fair, most of that was Haywood -- who invested a lot more than $10 million in this company -- cashing out. I admit that surprised me when you pointed it out as I'd kind of stopped watching this one.

If a 10% holder ceases to be one after a transaction is complete, does he have to file? Because I'm thinking that would explain the collapse in this stock after the Q1 report, if Haywood finally said enough was enough.
