"God could have commanded the stones to rise up and write it down."

Yes he could have, but he didn't! He chose his appointed Church leaders(apostolic successors-Bishops) and anointed them with the Holy Spirit to perform God's work. This is the way Jesus set it up. After Jesus's ascension into heaven, he works through his Holy Spirit anointed Church.

So again, why do you reject Jesus's anointed servants but then pretend you accept their Holy Spirit inspired writings and canon? Let's see if I understand your confusion. You believe and accept the fact that the Church leaders were anointed by God to write the scriptures. You also believe that these leaders, Bishops and Church Fathers were anointed by the Holy Spirit to read, discern, and determine which writings should be included in the Holy Bible. You also believe that these chosen and anointed Church leaders faithfully transmitted the scriptures century after century by th guidance of the Holy Spirit. It seems that on the one hand you accept the anointing and products of these graced Christian leaders when it comes to their scriptural work but then reject their authority because it doesn't fit in your false rebellious traditions.
