Probably should have said "party to the scam" since he must have figured out what was going on after getting in up to his neck.

OTOH, I never had any respect or sympathy for people who make tens of millions and find a way to throw it away on something dumb, like the idea that ZIXI would become a real software company one day.

But hey, even Herbie Greenberg tossed that old saw around. I assume he is getting over it now. Or just forgot to bring it up ever again.
