Clear linkage to 9/11, perps had been trained there, and perps were being harbored on the ground there. The US was totally united behind that effort, and it was a valiant one. Certainly not a disaster. What was missing from the second campaign is all that 9/11 linkage, and all that unity. Apples and oranges. John
