Terrorism is WORSE under Bush not better, despite one of the most enormous expenditures in US history. Worse of all, Bush has abused 9-11 and used phony scare tactics to try and subvert democracy, get us into the wrong war and portray himself as our brave defender when in fact he was AWOL on terrorism and even as the WTC burned, he just sat there doing nothing like Howdy Doody without his puppet master. He has also alienated many of our key allies we need to fight the true war on terror.
