If that were true, why did the two white guys in TX drag the black guy until he was dismembered or why did those two guys crucify the gay guy in WY? Typically, hate crimes take the crime beyond simple murder.....there is usually torture and hate involved. And the actual murder is taken way beyond the norm usually seen in a homicide or a crime of passion. ted
