I do not like John Kerry. He is an opportunist and sociopath. But, the reduction in bases was a logical move on the part of the former administration, and in fact we can close more, as well as reduce the federal workforce by 3%.

I do not agree with his votes regarding weapons and aircraft. He was wrong.
