Berger inadvertently took copies of several versions of an after-action memo on the millennium bombing plot from the Archives last fall, said his attorney Lanny Breuer. The lawyer said one or more of the copies were then inadvertently discarded.

These people are insulting us after robbing us.

Saying Sandy Berger stuffed classified documents in his pants, jacket and briefcase inadvertently and then inadvertently threw them away is flat outrageous.
The most important question of the day is who else got those documents?

And who said they were copies? One of the reports says some may have been originals.

Berger was a key Clinton advisor when our military strength and intelligence gathering capabilities were being slashed. The FBI needs to find out if he is a mole.

Let's try some techniques to stimulate Berger's memory. Let's try tampering with evidence, violations of national security laws, dereliction and treason charges coupled with pre-trial confinement.

I wonder if during the FBI search they remembered to look under his bed for the missing documents. Afterall that is the favorite old demo hiding place.
