arrogance yes! ineptitude, possibly. This whole thing(BK, De-Valuation, Re-org) could possibly be one giant scam. Bernie is still getting rich, while everyone else is losing money. That cannot be described as inept. The truth is clouded by legal & technical jargon. The one simple inescapable truth in business is "THE MONEY". Follow "THE MONEY". Where ever the money is, there is where the real truth is.
