Google JTRS you'll begin to get the BIG Picture. JTRS clusters are separate programs with separate requirements built in.

This GD contract is good for 75 million over the initial period.

SSPI is strong in the clusters 1 through 3.

After reading enough of these pages including the JTRS definitions site, you can pretty much go to the bank with the fact JTRS landscape is diffuse, hard to wrap your arms around and IMO deliberatly so.

SMall cap defense is a incestuous world where routine obfuscation is the normative mode of conducting business. The Primes and subs all cross polinate, usually to the primes advantage.

SSPI is a sub to many primes, difficult to chart its visibility in a contract because its a component source under a primes wing, as a contributor of some program element, feature or service.
