Al,

I thought I'd take a stab at your questions.

1) The ore at the Goddell Shear is refractory and will require pressure oxidization.

2) The ore will eventually be milled at the former Whitehorse Copper mine site where the Pressure Oxidization Treatment Facility will be situated.

3) AKA doesn't need to do anything!!! All they need to do is sit back and let BYG TYG and ORI mine and mill the ore from the Goddell property! Not bad!!!!!

4) I believe the milling capacity for the POTF will be 2000 tpd with the ability to expand to 3000 tpd but I don't think they have yet made a decision on the final specifications as the deposits at the Goddell and Skukum Creek deposits are still growing!!!!! :-) :-) Gotta like that!!

5) I believe that this investment has the potential to generate steady revenue for a very long time! There are many companies in the region who are sitting on large deposits with both oxide and sulphide ores who will require their ore to be processed by pressure oxidization! Neighboring companies will find it more economical to ship their ore to this facility thus eliminating the need to construct such a facility themselves.

6) I don't think the whole thing will be too big for the present players to finance. The expansion to the Nansen mill is a very important piece to the puzzle as it is expected that the cash flows could provide sufficient financing for the POTF. This group has the knowledge and experience to take us there!

7) Last I heard the Sag mill was operational and should take a couple of weeks to get up to full steam!

C-YA

Matt
