Carter was a wonderful man .......... .......... and, unlike bush, didn't blow over $100 billion unnecessarily on a hideous, insane, unjustified, stupid war that we can't even begin to find a way to exit! We are stuck in a permanent, insane quicksand in Iraq. How much is this going to cost us every year for the forseeable future? If we don't exit in the reasonable future, this insane war is going to bankrupt this country. Our economy is based on vapor and we're borrowing our way into the ground. /john
