The plan actually has been around for a long time. The libertarians have been promoting it. They just do not get the press.

Sioux, We were away last week on an Island. I had a lot of "down time". I pondered some of the issues of the day. I must admit from what I know I liked the concept of the kerry medical plan. I totally dislike the person. I would like to see an honest presentation of the costs of his plans.
