Two questions regarding this and a previous post where you pointed out the 1000 Calls and 500 Puts. How would you use that info to your advantage if there is any way. The only way I can see is if you write call options and put options for those with the high volume since they might be inflated but beside that do not see how you can use the info.

Just wondering for the APM Oct. 65 Options how much do you pay in commissions since the prices on those are so low that the commission costs must be huge.
