Sounds very, very unlikely to me

You will notice my first reaction was, "I just can't believe it."

Finding nuclear warheads in Iraq would be akin to Stonewall Jackson showing up during the Civil War with M-16 rifles. No way Saddam could have produced them. He would have had to buy them.
