I suppose it escaped your notice that Paul's primary designation was that of an APOSTLE, not a Prophet. So even if that verse is a universal proof text (which is questionable) it would not preclude an apostle from dying outside of Jerusalem. Then there is the fact that Christ Himself was put to death outside the walls of the city of Jerusalem. Perhaps you are Reading the verse toooooo literally?
