How does one not intentionally remove documents in a leather bound folder? That is quite bulky...

At this time, no one posting knows what really happened. R's are juicing it up and the D's are denying it...

I do believe the release is a timing issue. As a poster wrote, this is a game. I do not like the game it distracts us from the facts.

He intentionally removed his notes. He removed no documents intentionally. Notes are not documents, especially not in this context.

This is what has been reported:

Berger and his lawyer, Breuer, said the former Clinton adviser knowingly removed the handwritten notes by placing them in his jacket and pants and inadvertently took copies of actual classified documents in a leather portfolio. He returned most of the documents, but some still are missing.
