Don't be a dunce. Kerry's plan to add 40,000 more troops is wise, until or unless we can start pacifying the world again. Bush's over-use of the National Guard and everyone else stretches them to their breaking point. Obviously, Kerry wants to get out of Iraq as soon as possible, but first we need to bring relief to our soldiers. Some of them have been overseas for more than a year without a break. It's awful. Also stressed out is our CIA and Special Forces.
