Let me see how John 3:16 works with your dispensational approach:
"For God so loved the world" ("Jews, you are the world")
"That He gave his only begotten son" ("Jews, God gave you me")
"That whosoever" ("Jews, you are the whosoever")
"Believeth in him" ("Put your trust in me, Jews")
"Should not perish" ("Jews, you will not perish trusting me")
"But have everlasting life" (Jews, you will have everlasting life")
So---John 3:16 cannot be used to teach God's love and plan for our life because that was for the Jews. If we want to know about God's love and plan for our life, we'll have to read about it from Paul instead of Jesus to logically follow through what you are "dispensationing."
So what do I do about my soul-winning approach? Have I led scores to Christ through the years wrongly? Frankly James, your approach is a bit of a stretch.
