Hi John: I understand you very well -- for I too have many shares! I am concerned in more ways than one. If they reverse split - how would this make it better? And if it were to make more bingo machines or whatever, whats to say they will get out of the bind? I sure would appreciate some input from any of you --- lets be sure and let's decide TOGETHER as there is STRENGTH in numbers. But please, lets be sure!!! At this moment - I feel "NO". I guess we will all get our letters soon and we will have to Vote - YES or NO. Lets be ready. I know I have received e-mail with regards to same and I guess we are all of the same thought. --what can we do? Marcia
