PS: Anyone else wondering after this settlement, if Toyota makes a hybrid in Japan and sells it anywhere in the world, will Cobasys still receive royalty payments? I'll be driving down California's hydrogen-to-be-highway during the CC tomorrow but I hope this question gets asked... and answered.
