LOL!! Come on you two....I've been there. And Colorado City is the nicer (and larger) of the two places. It's actually one 'town' that straddles the state line. It's definitely on the road to nowhere...that probably explains why I was there. The houses are huge and pretty non-descript. Most of them are unfinshed....lots of bare plywood showing. The 'local' contractors in LaVerkin, Hurricane, and St. George aren't real thrilled with them. The 'polygs' come in and underbid jobs....because they have help with living expenses with social programs. You can definitely spot them in public....no doubt.
