Hey SeachRE! Aren't you confused again. "...tired of finding excuses for their under-what? More underwear? More sox? Did the Republicans stuff some classified stuff in their underwear too? Is this what you mean by under-achievements? Don't forget the stuff under sox. Berger certainly was stuffing a lot of secrets under his under-achieving underwear.
