Russ the problem as I see it is not that they are 9 months late, but that they are 40 months late with interest rates where they have no business being AND an economy that on its own accord is about ready to stall, or is stalling on a measly 25bp hike.

Earnings have peaked.
What now?
He expects companies to hire when earnings have peaked and there is no pent up demand and he is hiking to boot?
