As I understand it, a reverse stock split is in prep. for the company to go on the NASD. The stock price has to be at least $3.00 to qualify for entry. It also has to stay at that at or above that price for a certain period of time. if AGTI was to drift up to .70-.80 and then have a reverse split it would qualify, as it already meets the rest of NASD rules for entry as far as I can see. ken
