What we're doing right now....going in circles, arguing semantics, getting away from the original point. I'm surprised you're not aware of this.....it's one of your favorite tactics. If I dump a toxic chemical on top of you and all your land in a war situation I'm using it as a weapon. If I dump the same chemical for agricultural reasons in a non-war situation, it's a defoliant. Therein lies the difference....n'est-ce pas??
