Ken: What you say - makes a lot of sense but if this is being done (reverse split) for the reasons that you feel will make it eligible to get onboard with Nasdaq -- then it seems to be the right thing to do! Why are we all so afraid of the reverse split? I know I don't think I would like it and I also feel I might vote "NO". But if it will get the shares up in $$ and get on the NASDAQ ( where I feel it would really get shares sold) -- won't we be voting against something good? Boy what a dilemma!!. -- Marcia .
