Any idea as to how this company went public? I cannot find any filings on the SEC website for Auction Mills. I assume that it was a reverse merger with a non-reporting pink sheet shell. At $1.05 per share this morning, the market cap exceeds $68 million. They have recently paid for two "analyst" reports. Toss in a five-for-one split on a penny stock and you have more than a few red flags.
