That's what one-liners are all about. I was posting based on logic, not experience.

My logic stands. You may get diminishing returns from your money eventually, but you're probably going to get something from each marginal dollar.

Would you rather have kids use history and science textbooks that are ten years old?

I believe in fixing bureacracies, not starving them.
