Larry, I didn't buy yet but I think I will do. Maybe on Monday. I got the investor packages (both US and German) and I like what I read - though I'm not convinced that Schlotzky's turnkey development is the way to go. There I see the most risks. If they have to sell buildings or leases below par they may face substantial losses. What do you think?
