Who cares? We have all ripped out pages of books from libraries and taken them home. Berger did the same thing. Nothing he took was an original or would in any way add to a cover up or anything else. He probably just wanted a personal copy and took it. Big F'ing deal. Who did he hurt but himself? People in government and all walks of life do this sort of thing all the time. They also cover up their papers from others the way Cheney did with his Energy Task Force papers and dealings with Enron and they destroy documents like Bushies did with GW's military records.
