Watch the MSNBC "12 Ways 9-11 COuld Have Been Stopped" before you post stupidities. Clearly, Bush is the more responsible. It happened on his watch and he had ample time to pay attention to terrorist threats which he was warned about repeatedly. CLinton's people like Berger and Clarke DID do something about terrorism. Not enough, but they did stop the LAX bombing and came close to getting Osama. After two years of tough talk Bush has not succeeded in getting Osama or the other top two despite unlimited funds and permissions. Bush was AWOL on terrorism and isn't doing much better now.
