Hey Wolfy. How are you? One thing I do admire about Brian is that he has a high view of scripture; as the very word of God. (Of course J.W's have a similar view and still; they are hopelessly lost because they deny that which is essential to salvation.) What really matters is that we interpret God's word correctly. Most conservative (and by that I mean bible believing) scholars use what is known as the Historical-grammatical-literal principal of interpretation. Brian cannot use history in his system because using it would show that his conclusions must be wrong. So rather than admitting that, he chooses to ignore and minimize two thousand years of understanding and then makes like he's some sort of martyr. He refuses to listen to reason but the Holy Spirit can reach even the most stubborn of us. I am confident that God's will shall be accomplished in this. I have some kids coming over to play in the mud so I have to run but we can continue this later if you like. Greg
