Tom: All true, but nonetheless the facts point to a Board that has been derelict, in the extreme. A terribly failed management has taken an NYSE-listed company in a straight line to the pits. They should be history - - would be anywhere else. Under these conditions, the Board is required to carry out its fiduciary responsibilities. There is no evidence of that, and the outcome proves it. Rubber stamping a transfer of half the company's remaining ruined stock to this management team is nonfeasance, at best, and likely worse. This corner needs sunlight.
