First thing first, it looks like we are getting a little run up. Volume is still relatively low, but improving steadily, and the action is all on the up side. Nice time to get in! I am convinced that Internet plumbing stocks, and this one in particular, are the most undervalued tech plays these days.

As for the $150 Million, I have heared that they are putting heavy effort into their leased line IP services. I would bet they use the cash to increase backbone network bandwidth and move more heavily onto a switched (ATM, Frame Relay) platform (ie. away from routers on their backbone). I hear a lot about them in Texas these days, and I would guess that's just the tip of the iceberg.
