The Dog that didn't bark.

The Bush Administration is using the Senate Report to blame the CIA for faulty intelligence and the subsequent blunder in Iraq. Although that report found CIA failures, it did NOT clear the Bush Administration. A second report, due after the election, will cover the Bush administration's involvement.

BUT that same report said the CIA found no evidence of Iraqi involvement in 9/11 AND no evidence of a collaborative relationship between Iraq and al Qaeda.

Today, the 9/11 Commission's report has the same conclusion: 'It found there was no "collaborative operational relationship" between Iraq and al Qaeda.'

The media should be asking: What was the origin of this false assertion?

When Bush (Mission Accomplished speech) said "We have removed an ally of al Qaeda", was he lying to the American people?

That is the "dog that didn't bark".
