A JV is the only hope there. Getting copper out of the ground is incredibly capital intensive and requires a great deal more expertise and, well, competence than this management has. Christ, look at MR: dirt cheap property bought with facilities already in place, but 3+ years and 200% dilution later, they STILL haven't met initial production targets.

All told, there's good reason the stock is where it is. These guys are still batting a big fat zero in my book.
