It was Cheney who took over and issued the orders to shoot down any other threatening plane, albeit 20 minutes after the fact. But Jr., frozen in fear, just sat there until some staffer came to remove him from his seat. Look at the videos.....this is tough guy, "bring em on", Bushie.... Any gratitude I have will not be directed at him....
