Can't complain. In every way, I am much better off than ten years ago.
Sometimes I wonder if being able to quote bible, book, chapter, and verse, is true dedication, or an opportunity to show off. Anyway, if one who quotes the bible, would give the same weight to every word of the bible, instead of picking and choosing only the parts that seem to support a narrow tenet, such as Brian's, that is true devotion to God. Not doing so is more like devotion to one's own opinions. That is my, main, beef with Brian, and a few others. IMO, either take it all, or none of it. If a person believes only particular portions of the bible, he is missing the whole point.
Admittedly, I am not one that believes in some of the historical chapters, but I don't try to shove my beliefs down the throats of others.
